Story RBT Service
Please take some time to carefully read the following Terms & Conditions to ensure that you understand each provision. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO USE THE SERVICE, OR DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO USE THE SERVICE.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms & Conditions and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.
The Story RBT enables you, as a service subscriber, to personalize the calling experience by allowing your callers to watch a video as they wait for their calls to be answered.
With Story RBT’s personal library, you will be able to select from a wide selection of video clips or pictures, or create our own customized videos and stories to use as a Video Ring Back Tone. The selected Video will be played and heard by the callers from the time the connection is made until you pick up or disconnect the call.
By registering and using Story RBT in any way, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this service and the operating rules, guidelines and procedures that may be published from time to time on the app by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and may be updated from time to time.
We are committed to keep your personal information secured and protected. A variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures are used in order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, usage, or disclosure. We use practical efforts to protect your personal information, however, no security measure is totally secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
By accessing or using Story RBT, you agree to the gathering of information that you provide us with when you first subscribe to the service. We use this information to keep contact with you and in order to seek your feedback. We may use it later to provide you with information about any future services that we may offer. At any time, you can ask us to adjust or delete the information you have previously shared with us. In addition, we automatically collect information about how you have used Story RBT, your schedules, your devices’ operating systems, IP address, etc. We analyze this information to troubleshoot any issues you might encounter, to work out how our products are being used and how to improve them.
This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any changes in the way we use your personal information, we will send you a notification. Please note that at all times you are responsible for updating your personal information.
You are not allowed to use our trademarks, logos, IP rights, commercial names, other distinctive features of the marks, or any material subject to copyright or associated with Story RBT Services without our consent. You are not allowed to remove any information or notices of authorship, ownership of rights or trademarks of Story RBT.
Monty Mobile is the owner or licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights related to Story RBT Services. The use of Story RBT Services does not indicate any assignment of all or part of such rights to you or other service users.
In order to provide you with our Story RBT product, our service monitors and stores information communicated from the monitored devices where Story RBT is installed, about local and online activities (use of applications, search, browsing, etc.) and communications (phone logs). This information is collected, kept and analyzed on your behalf and under the system configuration, you perform, and you and the other service users involved are the sole owners of the content and are solely accountable for all information transmitted to us. You grant us a worldwide, binding, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to store and process such content on our servers for the provision of Story RBT Services.

The subscription fees will be deducted from the airtime for all prepaid subscribers and will be included in the bill of postpaid subscribers.
Any Story RBT subscription will be automatically renewed following the life cycle of the bundle selected if there is enough balance.
You can voluntarily cancel a subscription sending key words STOP or СТОП via SMS to short number 8090 or via Story RBT application. In case of insufficient balance to cover the renewal fees within 30 days, subscription will be automatically cancelled. A notification or SMS will be sent to inform you that your subscription has been cancelled.
Any Story RBT service requested will be available indefinitely or as otherwise notified at the time of purchase, unless:
If the service is deactivated, any remaining paid days will be lost. No refund for any unused elements of the Story RBT service will be available.
We reserve the right to remove any Story RBT content that violates our Terms & Conditions, or our rules (including but not limited to any inappropriate Content, illegal conduct, or harassment), or as are required to do so by law.
We also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice and at our sole discretion. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if you violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions or for no reason. Upon account termination, you lose all rights to access or use Story RBT.
By enabling the Copy Story feature, you will allow your callers to copy your personal Story RBT that you have published.
You agree to use Story RBT Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws, in particular those relating to privacy, image rights, honor and reputation, telecommunications secrecy, protection of personal data, labor relations, non-discrimination and disclosure of secrets. You will not use Story RBT Services in any way that may deteriorate Story Services, or to provide services to third parties.
You will be refrained from using Story RBT Services when it cannot guarantee compliance with any of the following conditions:
In any case, it will be your sole responsibility as a service user to ensure the legitimate use of Story RBT Service.
In order to grant full app service functionalities, we will request permissions to the following:
By clicking allow, you allow Story RBT to send you push notifications. Notifications may include alerts, sounds and icon badges. It can be configured in Settings.
By clicking allow, you confirm granting Story RBT permission to access camera and recordings on your device.
By clicking allow, you allow Story RBT to show elements of over top and other apps usage (social media and other apps) time spent, and how often you are using them.
By clicking allow, you allow us to access photos, media and files on your device.
By clicking allow, you confirm granting permission to us to access your contact list and your phone call logs.
By granting permission, you allow us to access your location both approximate and precise.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless in connection with any matter related to your misuse or improper use of Story RBT Services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In matter to these Terms & Conditions, we grant you, as service user of Story RBT, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non- sub licensable and non-transferable license to use (i.e., to download and display locally) Content solely for purposes of using the Services. Use, reproduction, modification, distribution or storage of any Content for other than purposes of using the Services is expressly prohibited. You are not allowed to sell, license, rent, or otherwise use or exploit any Content for commercial use or in any way, which violates any third party right.
Except to the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect loss, including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of business opportunities, goodwill or reputation, business interruption, computer failure. In any event, our liability will only be for proved direct damages and will be in no event exceeding the total amount you pay as a service user under Story RBT Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the event causing the damage. This limitation will not apply in cases of will-full misconduct or damage directly caused to individuals.
We reserve the right, to modify or replace any of these Terms & Conditions, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time without any prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. It is also your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes. Your use of the Services is subject to the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of such use. We may amend these terms from time to time. You shall receive a notification alert through the App whenever an amendment has been made. If, following receipt of such message you continue to use Story RBT, you will be deemed to have accepted such amendment.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the law of Dubai (UAE) All disputes, disagreements, controversies, questions or claims resulting from the interpretation, execution, breach, resolution or invalidity of this contract or related to it, directly or indirectly, shall be submitted, with express waiver of the jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Court of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Notwithstanding the above, both parties will do everything reasonably necessary to try to resolve conflicts in an amicable manner.
When you access third party resources on the Internet, you do so at your own risk. These other resources are not under our control, and you should acknowledge that we are not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of such websites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of these Terms & Conditions. Waiver of compliance in any particular instance does not mean that we will waive compliance in the future. In order for any waiver of compliance with these Terms & Conditions to be binding, we must provide you a written notice of such waiver through one of our authorized representatives.
We shall not be liable for any failure and or delay to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation. In case the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, then these Terms & Conditions shall be terminated.
Story RBT Service will be provided in a professional and diligent manner, in accordance with applicable regulations. Any service errors should be notified to our help center. Except for this express warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no other warranty, express or implied, regarding Story RBT Services, and you as service user disclaim any warranty of fitness or satisfactory quality of Story RBT Services. We shall have no liability in relation to any failure by Story RBT to restrict or control access to the device on which it is installed and performs all functions identified in it and does not interfere with your intended or desired use of any mobile device. If the App does interfere with your intended or desired use of any mobile device, Monty Mobile shall bear no liability for such interference.
